Options for generating proportional Venn Diagram of 4 sets

Hi is there any updates on generating proportional Venn diagrams since this post?

BioVenn is useful but I need 4 sets not 3.

I guess R can generate proportional diagrams?

This post, Venn/Euler Diagram Of Four Or More Sets, is a bit more recent than the one you linked. See the answer by Alex Reynolds in particular. Note that there are theoretical reasons why proportional venn diagram with 3 or more sets are not possible to generate.

Thanks, I didn't know they are not possible to generate 4 set Venn Diagram. Also good to know Cytoscape is a good option at least for the 3 way.

To be clear, it is possible to make 4 set venn diagrams but not proportional ones. The euler grid suggested by Alex Reynolds is the best alternative

Hi, jvenn can generate venn diagram up to 6 classes.

Can it generate proportional diagrams? I am using it now, but can not find the proportional option.
