this is dasaah,,,i docked a ligand with a ligand using discovery studio client 3.5 and got the docked result ..wat now i wanted to do is that i want to dock this predocked file with another molecule...is it possible ,,if possible wat steps we need to follow....if not in discovery studio, what are the alternate options left.
