Blast entire proteomes
How long would it take to blast an Entire Proteome to another one? I mean in a normal PC such as the latest mac mini
If anyone of you have done this before, please help me.
I don't know if it would take endless time
The scale of the proteome is normal, I mean, like human proteome about n10k~n100k squences.
