Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a downloadable version of the latest human genome translated into all six frames? I'm looking for the chromosomes, mitochondrial and unassigned portions. I have seen this used as a PSI-BLAST/HMMER database in the literature but can't find an available version. I've written a Biopython script to translate the genome for me but it would take forever on my computer.
