For diagnostics of mental retardation, both a array as NGS are done on our lab. These techniques are still used separate, but now I am combining these data, to look for recessive variants if there is also something else going on found by array (large deletions).

I have been searching, but I can't find any articles of labs who also combining array data and ngs data for diagnostics. Does anyone know where to find articles about that? it would help a lot!!
