shall we do PCA analysis in target region sequencing project
There are some target region sequencing data from hiseq 2000. I intend to do association analysis. But I wondered whether I do PCA analysis before association analysis . PCA is important in the association analysis of WES data, but is it meaningful for target region sequencing?
