I have been using ZORRO for a bit and it is a really nice tool.

It has a problem though, that cannot handle big alignment. I think there is a bottleneck in the script that generate a buffer overload when a big alignment is submitted.

I was wondering if there is any alternative to it. I would like simply to assigns confidence scores to the columns in a huge alignment to analyse it then with RaxML.

Any suggestions?
