There is an open position in the eHive team of the Ensembl project.

eHive is our workflow management system and the position is focused on enhancing it so that different (remote) pipelines can efficiently communicate between each other. This would allow us to expose some of the Ensembl tools (such as Blast or Vep) as components that users can add to their own pipelines. We are also hoping that eHive pipelines could then be embedded in Galaxy or Taverna workflows.
