Command line blast atlas
Hi, what is the community's suggestions on blast atlas software? I personally would like
- Command line on Linux
- Batching/scalable (not point & click for 100 genomes)
- Integration with a standardized viewer, e.g., GView, or creates a PDF or PS at the end
- Not a virtual machine
The ones I know about are either a web page interface, GUI (too much point/click), or a virtual machine. Basically, how do I cram 100 bacterial genomes into a blast atlas easily? Thank you!
