Design matrix and contrast
Hello everyone,
I'd like to use ROAST for analysis of gene sets from "limma" package.
In its input, there is "design matrix" and contrast. Actually, I didn't understand what they are (I am not statistician). Does anyone know a good and simple reference about them?
