Analysis of the impact of large genomic rearrangements (deletions of some exons) on gene expression and protein function

Hi. I have the results of an MLPA experiment that are indicative of deletion of two exons in BRCA1 gene in some patients. I want to analyze the impacts of these deletion on gene expression and protein function, but I don't know what should I do! Please suggest any tool or database suitable for this purpose.
