Coding Non Biologcal Data
hi, I have non biological data. I have to convert it into biological data
so, I converted it into protien seq. in order to fit with algorithms of DAN AND PROTEIN SEQ.
Please, who can tell me if conversion s right or not?
no. of values I have used are 10000 value, so I converted it into binary bit. Where each value is represented with 15 bits Since have 20 amino acids, so i converted each 5 bit into amino acid. So, each value will be represented with three amino acids.
Is my conversion right? By this conversion , can I use the algorithms relate biological sequences?

Do I understand you correctly that you want to use tools developed for sequence analysis on your non-sequence data and thus try to convert it to a format the tools will accept? Please clean up the question. It's really hard to understand (as is your other one).
