Splicing Index Calculation
Hi, all. I use Affymetix Human Exon 1.0ST data. I have successfully calculated p value of probe sets using APT command MiDAs. I saw that it needs to be filtered and need splicing index, which, however, can not be calculated by MiDAs, I saw that somebody said that R can calculate it, what can it done? Because I do not use R,i nstead I used matlab, perl and C. So please explain in detail.
