I'm using GSE11863 microarray data set for my research. I found my specific gene in the Platform GPL6841 (Rosetta Inpharmatics / Merck Pharmaceuticals). I found numerous probe ids for specific gene in there. These are corresponded to the different splicing of that gene as mentioned in the Summary of GSE. By considering a specific prob id, I want to the Sequences of the oligo probes or its exact splicing (exon number or which splicing of gene). Can i use "supplemental probe alignment file" as psl file? I try that. I used "UCSC genome browser" using that psl file. But in https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgCustom​ I faced this error " Error invalid unsigned integer: "exon_probes.alignments.txt:59" Any idea will be appreciated.
