I am trying to run multigeneblast building a custom db with genomes I am working with at the moment.

I build my db following the instructions and I get a long list of warning:

Warning: entry in Gbk/xx.gbk lacks accession number; using file name instead.
Warning: entry in Gbk/xx.gbk lacks accession number; using file name instead.

Anyway the db is built.

I try to make a run using a .gbk file, but I get the following error:

BLAST Database error: Illegal configuration: DB alias files are mutually recursive.

I tried also to download .gbk files form NCBI, thinking that there is something wrong in the formatting of the files I used for building the db (see above warnings). However, I get the same result.

Any idea how to fix this issue?
