Flowcell Layout Manager

Hey all,

I am looking for a tool which manages filling a flowcell (version 3,Highseq2000) with different samples....something like entering barcodes, sample IDs, read depth etc. etc......
This tool should calculate a perfect layout for the flowcell.

Does anyone heard about something like this?? Would be very nice :D

Could you explain what you have in mind ? I guess that you would like to fill your flowcell to maximum capacity by mixing samples so that each sample is sequenced well enough ?

Something like a managment tool...so if somone want to see how much space is left on the flowcell which will get sequenced next...also creating Samples Sheets...all that stuff du have maybe an visual overview....So this might be the beginning of a pipeline...all user put der samples in this tool...sample sheets get created automatically, afterwards casava takes this information etc etc.

So first step is filling the flowcell :D
