List Of H-Indexes Of Scientific Journals?

Dear everyone. This is not directly bioinformatics related, for which I apologize.

D: I try to gather, export and process a long list of pubmed entries, along with the authors and the journals. I then visualize the data in a network (Gephi), along with a score assigned to the edges. For the score-calculation the h-index of the journal is crucial.

Q: Is there a list of journals, [including the journal's abbreviation] and the corresponding h-index of that journal, freely available somehwere? Otherwise can I export such a list somehow from ISI WebOfScience?

PS: My goal is to find out the 'price'/penalty of single authorship papers in the MINT sciences (German: mathematics, informatics, natural science and technology). If someone is interested in collaborating on this let me know. If you know of a pre-existing study, I would gladly put aside this 'investigation'.

This is what I have so far:

UPDATE: / ANSWERED

You can get the h-factor, own calculated score and Impact factor here, for almost all journals. That pretty much closes the question!

Additionally here is an list for PubCentral journals

Happy scientometricing!

pubmed quality

Lo, this is a general scientometrics question, and as you note outside the scope of bioinformatics and computational biology.

As far as I know journals don't have h-indices, these are for authors.
