I need to run cufflinks and am looking for this script. Where can I find it?

This script is used to convert a .gtf file, a transcript file, obtained from cufflinks to be able to use final gene prediction on Augustus. After you make a set of gene prediction, you have to compare all predicted genes to see which one is perfect and will used on genome annotation.

After I asked this question, I was able to manage this and now I am writing here. Maybe later someone can need.
