Where Can I Download Annotated Transposable Elements From Arabidopsis Together With Their Location On Chromosomes?
Hi all! I wasnt successful trying to find files with annotated transposable elements on chromosomes from Arabidopsis. I am also interested in their specific locations on chromosomes. Any help will be appreciated :)

Your best bet for Arabidopsis genome annotation is TAIR, and the file you are looking for is this one (FTP link).
