Hey guys,

Looking to take a list of drugs that are being developed in the lab and see what other indications they might be useful in. I know how to do this for one drug ... tons of primary literature searching, mutation associations, databases, structural methods, pathway crossing, etc etc .....

What I want to know is if anyone has a more efficient method or process for getting 80% of the way there?

I know this is super open ended but just want to see how different people attack this problem and if there is a current best practice.
