GWAS analysis and NeuroX chip

Hi, everyone,

My lab has 2000 NeoroX chips for Parkinson person and control. I want to do some GWAS analysis. The question is the NeuroX chip SNP name is like exm...nor rs name. When I do it shall I have to transfer exm... name to rs.... because in QC pipeline many other files use rs name. If you have either general idea about GWAS or specific to NeuroX please share with me.
