problem in downloading exome dataset from 1000genomes

I'm working on VariantStudio of Illumina to make some exome analyses, I wanna download some samples/ dataset of exomes or genome low coverage sequencing of homo sapiens but I'm having some troubles to do that in 1000genomes. How can I do this? And which tools are request for it?
