Finding similar trees toplogy from a thousands of newick trees

Hi All

I have a list of 2000 newick (format) unrooted phylogentic trees of 20 species. I want to find from these 2000 trees, how many topologies they favor and their number of trees associated with each toplogies.

E.g. ((A,B),C); --- 20 trees , ((B,C),A); --- 40 trees and so on.

Is there any program available to do this ?

You could try Compare2Trees or TOPD/FMTS.
