Multiple sequence alignment consensus sequence
Hi all..
How to get single common sequence from 100 protein sequences?
I already did multiple sequence alignment using clustal omeha, but then how to get the common sequence?
Is it possible?

This might help: http://www.codoncode.com/aligner/sequence-assembly.htm
Also, the term you're looking for is "consensus sequence from MSA". Please try searching with that key phrase here as well as on Google.

I'm really sorry. I'm really new here. I just desperate to get an answer from those who are expert here. Please forgive me. My mistake. I will not do that again.

I'm sorry. My mistake. Will not happen again
