I want to make a network of miRNA and genes. Is there any online tool for this purpose which takes gene symbol/ ensemble list and miRNA list as input and can provide network. furthermore, if anyone please can guide me about cytoscape 3_2_0 installation as soon as I try to install it gives error "an internal error occurred: error code 34 "
