How To Find Out The Transcripts?

Hi Biostars!

Could anyone tel me how can i find out the transcript's sequence related to a particular gene?

for eg: SCAANT1 is a transcript associated with gene ATAXIN-7. So, how to find out the sequence of SCAANT1? What are the databases available for finding the transcripts?

I may not answer your query directly but you can Try uniprot or uscs

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore?term=Atxn7

or extract table of transcripts from UCSC then look for transcripts of interest.

All RefSeq and associated other RNA entries for mouse gene Atxn7 can be found here. If mouse is your favorite organism, then try the Jackson Labs informatics site for more detailed info specific to Mus musculus.
