Isn't this bit old? It says, "Data Set for Wang and Brendel, PNAS 2006 (AtTAG1/RiceTAG1)". There has been tremendous increase in knowledge about AS in thaliana over the past few years.
Alternative spliced genes in A. thaliana
I need to retrieve a list of AS genes in thaliana, so is there any database which stores a list/details about the same? I tried searching TAIR and ARACyc, but couldn't find it there. Any suggestions for the same?

You should provide this information in your question to get more specific answers. As it currently reads, it sounds like you are just asking if there is a database for AS in A. thaliana. Of course, a quick web search reveals quite a few databases, so it's not clear what you are looking for (or if you've searched the web/literature).
