The Seceretd protein database is down, and I wrote to the administrators several times to obtain a copy, with no answer. I wonder if someone have a copy that can send me?

that seems to be quite an old database. it was last updated in 2006, it is almost 10 years ago now. why don't you have a look at gene ontology? this could be a start.
You could also think to run cellular localization prediction to know if proteins are secreted. There are some really nice tools:
