bigWigtoBedGraph - Command will not run

Hi Guys,

I'm pretty new to bioinformatics

I can't run the bigWigToBedGraph binary form UCSC binary list

bigWigToBedGraph: cannot execute binary file

What could be the problem?

My command was-

bigWigToBedGraph file.bw file.bedgraph

Is there an issue with my usage?

chip-seq ucsc bigwigtobedgraph

Not to worry - got it sorted!

Rookie mistake - grabbed the wrong file!
