Positive selection in admixed human genomes using EHH tests are realiable?
I am trying to identify signals of positive selection in an admixed sample, using genome-wide SNP data. For a start, I want to use Extended Haplotype Homozygosity (EHH) tests but I am not sure if or how the admixed nature of my sample could affect these tests.
Any help would be really appreciated.
