Loading mass spectrometry data in InfernoRDN (DAnTE)

Hi,

I am trying to upload data from a .txt file into InfernoRDN, however, I get a DBNull error. I know there is some missing data in the file, but the program should be able to handle it. It is TMT10plex data. Can someone help me? The program works together with the program R. I have absolutely no programming skills :)

Hi, the problem is fixed. There was an error in the program, but they fixed it and uploaded a new version
