We have created a basic tutorial introducing bedtools. It is intended for folks that are new to the tools, but in addition, there are some puzzles at the end that may be useful for people that use bedtools already but want to learn a bit more.

Awesome I have a lecture on Bedtools tomorrow - I was thinking about updating my dataset to a newer problem - but I will point them to this document - the homework will be some of the puzzles!
