place a molecule in random place in python

Hi folks,

I can add and remove the molecule in the box. however when I re-add the molecule the program place the molecule at same place in the box. Can anyone guide me how I can put the molecule in random places in the box? I'm using python. Any guidance would be great help.

Please let me know if more details are required?
