Please have a native English speaker go over that survey. For example, "medial domain" is essential an anatomical term that has no meaning in the context in which you use it. There are other issues as well. For example, identifying a genetic cause in a given individual is almost never a binary classification problem and it's rarely useful to even think in such terms in this context.
Thank you Devon Ryan. But some researchers are mentioned in their researches, SNPs association for diseases are binary classification problem.
You're likely to find someone trying any method if you look long enough. That doesn't make it useful.
I am really appreciate if you can put those comments on my survey.
Just my opinion, but it's usually not a great idea to have so many a) mandatory fields b) big text fields in a survey. Yours has both, and then, like Devon said, quite a few language problems as well. You might wanna take a look at making it easier for survey takers.
