Tool: GeneAnalytics - a tool for interpreting RNA-seq results

Hi All,

I'm sure most of you are very familiar with this stage in the research, when you are done with your preliminary analysis and get the list of differentially expressed genes in your experiment. At this point, you try to put you gene set in context.

Let me introduce you to GeneAnalytics, our new and powerful gene set analysis tool, which provides gene associations with tissues & cells, diseases, pathways, GO terms and compounds.

Our main advantages over other similar tools are:

  • GeneAnalytics is very simple and intuitive to use.
  • GeneAnalytics is based on our proprietary databases - GeneCards, MalaCards, PathCards and LifeMap Discovery, each of them integrates information from a very large number of resources.
  • GeneAnalytics supplies links for extensive background information on each of the matched results.

I invite you to try it out for free at geneanalytics.genecards.org, and would be happy to hear your comments and thoughts on how we can improve.

Yours,
Shani Ben-Ari Fuchs

I deleted the (more or less) identical duplicate of this you also posted and moved this to the tool section. BTW, if you haven't already done so, you might want to compare this to Ingenuity's tools, since they're pretty popular for this sort of thing. That'd enable people to better put your tool in context.
