What'S The Most Popular Java Package(S) For Gene-Expression Data Clustering ?

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could introduce some methods of microarray experiment data set clustring.

(NOTE: I am looking for a java package(s) to do my work.)

J-Express is pretty good. Well documented and nice UI

I second y2p in that J-Express is probably the most mature and comprehensive environment. You might have to buy a license for it. You can also try Genesis in addition, it has less functions but is free for non-commercial application.
