ftp://occams.dfci.harvard.edu/pub/bio/tgi/software//seqclean/mdust.tar.gz
That's down too. http://compbio.dfci.harvard.edu/tgi/software/ is a 404 FNF.
I'm also looking for mDust. It was mentioned recently in a review of NGS variant calling precision as a good tool for filtering out low complexity regions (http://arxiv.org/pdf/1404.0929v1.pdf). There, the author cites mDust through a bit.ly link that goes to the now-removed harvard.edu page. Google can't find it either.
Karl, finally I used dust from NCBI blast package and it works well and returns same format as mDUST
I'm facing similar issue, anyone solved it? I have found the tool in Github but how to compile it or make it work
That Github version worked for me, to make it work after downloading the folder from Github go
