Where can I download JASPAR_CORE_2014.meme or similar?
I wish to run TOMTOM locally to see whether any of my DNA motifs match to those in the JASPAR_CORE_2014 database.
To run TOMTOM locally you need to provide it with a .meme file that represents your query motifs, and a .meme file that represents the database (<target file>) you wish to search against:
USAGE: tomtom [options] <query file> <target file>+
I wish to know where I can find .meme files of target databases I am interested in, for example JASPAR_CORE_2014.meme.

I finally found the download link for all .meme format databases up to date: http://ebi.edu.au/ftp/software/MEME/Databases/motifs/motif_databases.12.1.tgz
