I want to select 10 different symbiont bacteria for comparative analysis of different protein family members. My question is how can I decide whether the functional and structural annotation of particular bacteria is good? (I afraid if I choose the organism whose annotation is not good I may spread the bad/false annotation transfer to other organisms).
