Do you have a reference (article) on the Falcon?

And AHA (A Hybrid Assembler) and ALLORA (A Long Read Assembler)? do they use PacBio technology? do I have references conserant these two assemblers because I did not find it, if you have.

For example Celera and/or Falcon. Note that by default HGAP uses Celera for assembly step.
