Reactome Fi Plugins In Cytoscape
Am using cytoscape 2.8.1 and have downloaded the FI plugs in. On uploading gene expression data into cytoscape after a few minutes of execution i get this errors message MCL: reactomedev.oicr.on.ca
Please help how i can resolve this link text

This is probably a data file format issue. The file required by the plug-in should be in a tab-delimited format. Also currently this plug-in supports human genes only.
