Broadpeak Range (size in bp)
I have performed peak calling on my broadpeaks data using SICER and I got 26000 peaks. In that 5000 regions are obtained with a peak size of 3,00,000bp.
What is the peak size of broadpeak? (ideally)
chip-seq
