Genome Strip: java error
I've been using Genome Strip to call large deletions, but when I run the java script, I got the error: Exception in thread "main" scala.tools.nsc.FatalError: object Predef does not have a member AnyRef. I am not familiar with Java, can anyone help me with that? Thanks in advance!
