local tblastx error
Hi, I am getting following error while running tblastx against NR database "BLAST Database error: No alias or index file found for nucleotide database [/data/ncbi/blastdb/nr]
My seq is nucleotide, Blast version 2.2.29+
I have checked NR database alias and index files. All there and working for BLASTX program & others.
Could you explain where the problem is? Thanks in advance.

tblastx needs a nucleotide database,the NR database is a protein database.
