Single gene multiple products. Which one would be potential drug target

Hi,

I am encountering a situation where the viral genome I am working on, is showing 4 genes and 7 protein products as per NCBI annotation.

Region 2848 to 835 bp is producing Large S protein , region 3205 to 835 bp is producing middle S protein and region 155 to 835 is producing S protein.

If I have to choose the potential drug target, which would be the best to go with 2848 to 835 full translated part or 155 to 835 (S protein) part and why.
