how to find over representation of TFBS for a specific gene
hello everyone,
I want to identify the over represented TFBS families in the promoter region of cancer specific genes. The promoter sequence i took is -3Kb upstream to TSS and +1Kb downstream to TSS. Can anyone please tell me are there any online tools or data bases for the identification of over represented TFBS families. Thanks in advance
