Elementary Flux Modes
Hi,
I'm reading Rezola et al in PlosOne. I was wondering whether elementary flux modes are essentially the same thing as vectors in a matroid.
Not sure whether this is the right place to ask, to be honest
Would someone be able to recommend a book on metabolic network re/deconstruction, please

In case someone is still looking for a good entry point to the field of Metabolic Networks, Bernhard Palsson has published a book last year on the subject that is quite useful and there's also a full course on YouTube based on the same book by Bernhard himself that can be found here

You might want to just read through the paper that introduced the concept. I've not gone through the methods to look at the actual math, but at least the concept sounds similar.
@russhh I have the problem that you had 2 years ago. How did you figure out the problem? any book, paper do you recommend?
