Hi all,

I wonder what is different "AT1G01060.1", "AT1G01060.2", and others on above "A" column.
I guess they are alternative splicing form. Is it correct?

Yes you are correct, they are alternative transcripts for the gene. So the locus is AT1G01060, the transcripts are AT1G01060.1, AT1G01060.2...
