Duplicated genes in DEG

Hey everyone,

I did my DEG analysis using cuffdiff, I found some duplicated genes, these have the same name and the same locus and so on, but the fpkm, log2 fold change and p-value are different, somebody can explain me why happen this is a command error or is normal?... I'm confused

Maybe different transcripts of the same gene?

I think not, because when there are some transcripts for the same gene in the same locus cuffdiff show me in the same line....
