Snp.Plotter Input Files

Hi,

Can anyone instruct me on where to save the snp.plotter input files (SNP.FILE, HAP.FILE, GENOTYPE.FILE) so that R can read them? I have created the files but do not know where to save them/which directory to place them in.

Panic over, figured it out, just had to identify the working directory and place the files there, so used getwd() command in R.

Hi, Can you please tell me how to create a genotype and hapmap file. I just have a ped file which i used for PLINK .
